Property law

Property law is the branch of law that governs all the rules applicable to immovable property and transactions relating to it, such as sale, purchase, letting, management, construction, co-ownership, and residential and commercial tenancies.
It governs the relationships between owners, buyers, tenants, landlords, property developers and estate agents.

It encompasses, in particular, the law relating to the sale of property, the law relating to co-ownership, tenancy law, construction law and town planning law.
