Founded in 1997 in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez by Maître Denis Nabères, our firm has developed over the years around a core value: human relationships. For nearly thirty years, we have been supporting our clients both in their projects and during difficult times in their lives, in the firm belief that a personal touch, active listening and availability are at the heart of the trust placed in a solicitor.
As an independent, small-scale practice, our team now comprises two solicitors and an assistant, who are dedicated on a daily basis to serving a local, national and, on occasion, international clientele. This deliberately compact structure enables us to provide attentive and personalised attention to every case, without ever losing sight of the human dimension involved.
Whilst our firm maintains a generalist approach to the law, over time it has developed recognised expertise in several areas, notably:
- property law, informed by practical experience on the ground and reinforced by Maître Denis Nabères’ work as a property agent;
- commercial law, serving local entrepreneurs and business stakeholders;
- personal and property law, where a personalised approach is of paramount importance (family law, inheritance, assets, liability, etc.).
